  • Site history review. Review of past site uses and assessing the likelihood of soil or groundwater contamination.
  • Site investigation. Soil, groundwater, vapours, landfill gas.
  • Modelling. Prediction of future behaviour and extent of contamination.
  • Risk assessment. Assessment of current and future risks posed by contamination.
  • Monitoring. Regular testing to establish longer term trends and information.
  • Remediation. Clean up to allow redevelopment.
  • Audits. Environmental Auditor (Contaminated Land) appointed pursuant to the Victorian Environment Protection Act.
  • Management. Development of ongoing management plans and strategies for properties with ongoing contamination issues.
  • Regulatory assistance. Policy liaison with local planning authorities, EPA, and EPA accredited contaminated land Auditors.
