Services - Property Risk Audit

AEC offers a range of property risk audits for clients.

This is a particularly important service considering the introduction of mandatory cooling tower and evaporative condenser registrations and annual audits.

  • Cooling Towers and evaporative condenser audits. Assists with meeting requirements of the new Public and Environmental Health (Legionella) Regulations 2008.
  • Dangerous Substances Management. Risk assessment of dangerous substances storage and handling including location, procedures, licensing and training.
  • Noise and Nuisance Management. Site management of issues assessed to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Air Quality. Site assessed to ensure compliance with the Environmental Protection (Air Quality) Policy 1994, and the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986.
  • Ozone Depleting Substances. Site assessed to ensure compliance with commonwealth legislation.
  • Radio Frequency Risk. Assists with meeting requirements of the Radiation Protection and Control Act 1982, and the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act and Regulations.
